Well, I have gobbled down food until I'm wobbling. I didn't do much in the last week - walked a few times, did the rock wall climbing which made me sore for two days. Now I'm planning on getting back on track! Here's to the last 4...or is it 3? 3-1/2? weeks of competition. Let's see who will win!

I'm changing my plan to:
Run 4x at 30 mins each
2x lunges at 50 per leg.

This is weird but my neck is so sore from running the other day that I can't even put my chin down? I've never had that happen..but it is SORE!

Last week I did the Gilad workout 6 times and walked 4 miles one day, rather than 3. I'm keeping the same work out schedule. I wish I'd lose some weight, but oh well!! We still have 5 weeks!

Keep up the good work!

I have stuck with my workout schedule, and even done more than I've said. Have I lost any weight? NO! But I haven't measured my body so maybe it's taking up less space than it used to?

Maybe it's in hibernation mode and it's storing up fat like the little animals do in the winter?

5 weeks to go...

hello from minimeme..

Hello, due to a few medical issues I have not been able to work out, however, my dieting has remained immpecable. But last night I did the 55 minute Taebo workout and could only get through 20 minutes of it and today I am soo sore. I think the first 20 minutes works on the legs and butt b/c thats the only thing that hurts. oh and my arms a little. Anyway, I hope I can still get in the competition after a couple of set backs.
And Dana by the way we have 6 weeks from this coming Saturday until we fly to New Orleans, so we still have a good amount of time! This is the last leg of the competition so everyone step it up!

keep it up and don't do it!

Good job LL and Dainty! I was out of town early Fri morn until Monday noon, but I did walk while I was out of town - up and down a very steep hill to Monticello. Candra and Genny do you know what Monticello is? (without looking it up?) Before I went out of town I did Gilad's workout 4 times and walked 3 miles each day. So, I'm keeping my same plan. Alas, I would like to lose some belly fat, but everything else is looking good! This morning I weighed in at 141 OUCH!, but I think it might be H2O retention as I had a very salty meal for dinner. Love you girls! Keep up the good work! Put down the cookies and candy and cake and pick up the broccoli!

I am here too I am just studying studying...I havent done any exercise this week either and I am going to have to pick it up again after my test Monday bc I dont have any time until then.  My goal is to be able to do 50 real pushups in a row by Thanksgiving...and to lose an inch off of my ass...

I miss Elleby! I love her!
Hahaha poor mom! Yes, I'm here! I didn't do one ounce of exercise last week except walk to and from school everyday. This week I have run once for 40 mins. 

Can someone tell me what my prize will be for some motivation. I mean being skinny is definite motivation. But what else may I get?

Who followed their goals for the week?

I followed my program last week - did the Gilad workout 5x. I'm not too sore anymore! I also did most of my walking. I don't think I did 21 miles, but I was over 15. My weight is down about 2 lbs, but no matter what my weight is, my body is having positive changes. Although having muscle under the layer of fat that is there doesn't look all that good, I know it is!
