Hello, due to a few medical issues I have not been able to work out, however, my dieting has remained immpecable. But last night I did the 55 minute Taebo workout and could only get through 20 minutes of it and today I am soo sore. I think the first 20 minutes works on the legs and butt b/c thats the only thing that hurts. oh and my arms a little. Anyway, I hope I can still get in the competition after a couple of set backs.
And Dana by the way we have 6 weeks from this coming Saturday until we fly to New Orleans, so we still have a good amount of time! This is the last leg of the competition so everyone step it up!
